"I have worked at Baltimore Washington Medical Center for 23 years. The staff is friendly throughout the hospital. We have a multi-disciplinary approach where all departments and the physicians work together to deliver the best care possible to our patients. Scheduling is flexible and continued education is encouraged and subsidized. I have always enjoyed working here, the job is challenging and nurses have autonomy. I am on an orthopedic floor which I find very interesting."
